(1) what packaging is used?

all ceramic pieces are wrapped securely in a combination of packaging material. packaging will vary depending on the piece's size and shape. i try to use recycled materials as well as eco friendly packing peanuts as much as possible. i typically also use vintage/deadstock ribbon when wrapping your pieces to give it that special bunnilicious touch! <3

(2) how long does shipping take?

once i receive your order, i will usually ship your piece within 3 business days. at that point, shipping time depends on the carrier's speed and your location.

(3) are all ceramics safe to use with food/drink?

yes and no! all ceramic pieces meant to be used for food/drink will always be made with food-safe glazes. pieces not meant for food/drink consumption (for example, a vase) may not be finished with food-safe glazes. please read the description of each item carefully.

(4) can i put my ceramic piece in the microwave/dishwasher?

technically no! although i personally put my ceramic pieces in the microwave/dishwasher, the glazes used have not been tested for safety after repeated microwave use or dishwasher use. therefore, i cannot endorse placing your ceramic piece in the microwave/dishwasher. on the bright side, a gentle handwash also helps to preserve your piece for years to come!
